During the course of her career, she has managed multiple newsletter programs for several businesses. She also covered trade shows for six years, providing event coverage through reporting, on-camera videos and daily newsletters.

Prior to her work as a business writer, Jennifer was a managing editor at The McNeill Group Inc., a custom publishing company. She wrote and edited for several trade magazines, serving as a client liaison for several B2B associations.
Before moving to Philadelphia, Jennifer was based in Washington, D.C. She graduated from American University with a degree in Print Journalism, but not before several internships. At U.S. News & World Report, Jennifer was an intern on the money & business desk, creating profiles and features on small business, personal finance, and executives/professionals. At USA Today, Jennifer wrote weekly trend stories for the At Home column in the Life section. She also worked as an intern/researcher at USA WEEKEND magazine, where she wrote several entertainment and general interest articles.
